BikeParka x Riese & Müller Cargo Bike Cover

BikeParka is proud to have worked with Riese & Müller on a co-branded cargo bike cover for their premium electric cargo bikes, available through Riese & Müller dealers and outlets. It is based on our own BikeParka Cargo cover, with the same sizing and weather protection.

Most Riese & Müller bikes live outside between school runs and shopping trips. Below is our full Riese & Müller fit list — the Load, Packster and Transporter front-loaders, the Multicharger and Multitinker longtails, and the Charger, Delite, Homage, Nevo, Culture and Roadster city range.

Riese & Müller fitting notes

• The front-loaders are our most confident fits. Seven Riese & Müller records in our fit database are rated high confidence — Load 60, Load 75, Load4 60, Packster 40, Packster2 70, Transporter2 and the Multitinker. On the Load, Packster and Transporter the limiting dimension is box length rather than bar width: they all measure 60–62cm across the bars, well inside the Cargo cover's 120cm allowance. The Load has the most detail behind it, so it has its own page — which cover fits a Riese & Müller Load.
• The city range straddles two covers. Charger4, Homage, Delite, Superdelite, Supercharger4 and Culture measure 64–70cm at the bars. The STASH and URBAN are cut for bars up to 63cm, so all six take the XL / MTB, which goes to 100cm. The Culture is the closest call at 64cm.
• Only the Roadster4 comes in under 63cm. At 62cm it is the one Riese & Müller in our database that sits inside the STASH and URBAN — but it is a low-confidence entry, so check with us before ordering. The Touring trim is the exception: see the question below.
• Bar type. Homage, Delite, Superdelite, Supercharger4 and Nevo4 run riser bars; Charger4, Culture and Roadster4 are flat-bar. Riser bars sit higher in the cover, another reason the roomier XL / MTB is the safer call across the city range.
• Child seats change the longtail answer. Multicharger and Multitinker take the Longtail; with child seats fitted you want the Longtail WS, which is the same length cut wider and taller to clear them.
• The Multitinker2 weather kit is the one setup we cannot cover. See the question below.

Child seats, front baskets, cargo boxes and rain canopies all change the shape. If you run one of these, send us your exact model and what is fitted and we will check before you order.

Watch: BikeParka × Riese & Müller

All BikeParka covers are made from waterproof, seam-sealed ripstop fabric and are PFAS- and PFC-free. Adjustable toggles help draw the cover in around the bike on windy days, and each cover packs into its own Stuff Sac. The Cargo, Longtail, Longtail WS and URBAN have lock-through openings, allowing cover and bike to be secured together; the STASH and XL / MTB have brass eyelets at the hem for threading a cable lock.

Cover sizes

The BikeParka Cargo cover measures approximately 276cm long, 130cm high and up to 120cm wide, sized to drop over front-loaders and box trikes with room for baskets and rain tents removed or folded flat. The Longtail and Longtail WS fit bikes up to approximately 210cm long with handlebars up to about 80cm, the WS being the same length cut wider and taller for fitted child seats. The XL / MTB takes handlebars up to 100cm, and the STASH and URBAN are the same size for standard bikes with handlebars up to 63cm — they differ only in locking.

Can I buy the Riese & Müller co-branded cover from BikeParka?

No — the co-branded version is available through Riese & Müller dealers and outlets. Our own Cargo cover uses the same sizing and key features and is available directly from BikeParka.

Which cover fits the Riese & Müller Packster or Transporter?

The BikeParka Cargo. The Packster2 70 is 249cm, the discontinued Packster 40 is 223cm, and the Transporter2 runs 244cm in the 65 and 264cm in the 85 — all inside the Cargo cover's approximately 276cm, and all 60–62cm across the bars. Which cover fits the Riese & Müller Multicharger or Multitinker?

These are longtails rather than front-loaders, so choose the BikeParka Longtail — or the wider, taller Longtail WS if child seats are fitted. The Multicharger measures 70cm across the bars and the Multitinker 62cm, both inside the roughly 80cm the longtail covers allow.

Does the Longtail fit the Multitinker2 with the weather kit?

Not reliably, and we don't want to sell you a cover that won't fit properly. With the weather kit fitted the Multitinker2 measures around 215cm (about 205–206cm to the rear safety bars) — past the approximately 210cm our current Longtail covers are designed for. A longer longtail cover is something we're looking at, so message us with your measurements and we'll let you know if we bring one out.

Which cover fits a Riese & Müller Charger4 or Delite?

The XL / MTB. The Charger4 measures 68cm across the bars and the Delite and Superdelite 70cm, all past the 63cm the STASH and URBAN are cut for. The XL / MTB takes bars up to 100cm and gives the cockpit room these bikes need.

Which cover fits a Riese & Müller Nevo4?

Most likely the XL / MTB, with the STASH or URBAN as possible alternatives — but the Nevo4 is a low-confidence entry in our fit database and we have no measured handlebar width for it. Message us with your model year and we'll confirm the exact model before you order.

Which cover fits a Riese & Müller Roadster4?

Probably the STASH or URBAN. The Roadster4 measures 62cm across the bars, just inside the 63cm both are cut for, but it is a low-confidence entry in our database — send us your exact model and we'll confirm before you order. The Touring trim uses a wider trekking bar and comes with racks fitted, which puts it on the XL / MTB rather than the STASH or URBAN. Measure your bars before ordering a narrow cover. Optional racks plus a child seat also mean the XL / MTB.
