BikeParka Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new* and in the original packaging.

Online returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from BikeParka.

If you purchased your item from a BikeParka retail partner, please contact them directly to arrange for an exchange or refund.

If looking to exchange an item purchased directly from BikeParka, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser only.

BikeParka is unable to refund postage on expedited or international shipping. Any return delivery disputes must be accompanied by proof of delivery. BikeParka is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

A sales order number and receipt must accompany your return.

When BikeParka receives your return, we will aim to process it within 10-12 business days or less. 

For international returns: BikeParka will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.
