Focus Bike Covers — Jam, Paralane & Aventura
Focus is a German brand with a range that runs from road and gravel through to mountain bikes and e-trekking. That means two quite different sets of owners — trail riders coming home muddy, and people using an e-trekking bike in place of the car — but both tend to leave the bike outside afterwards, in a garden, a yard or under a carport.
Across the range, the trail and e-trekking models take the XL / MTB, while the drop-bar road and gravel bikes fit the STASH or the URBAN.
Which BikeParka fits your Focus?
| Bike type | Models | Recommended cover |
|---|---|---|
| Mountain, trekking and e-bikes | Jam, Thron², Whistler, Arriba, Aventura², Planet² | XL / MTB |
| Road and gravel bikes | Paralane, Atlas, Izalco Max | STASH or URBAN |
Accessories change the fit more than the frame does. Racks, panniers left on the bike, mudguards, mirrors, phone mounts, a dropper post left up and rear child seats all add height or width, and a bike that would otherwise slip under a standard cover can need the next size up. If you're not sure, send us your exact bike model and accessories and we'll check before you order.
All BikeParka covers are made from waterproof, seam-sealed ripstop fabric, and they're PFAS- and PFC-free. Adjustable toggles draw the cover in around the bike on windy days, and each one packs into its own Stuff Sac. The URBAN has lock-through openings so cover and bike can be secured together; the STASH and XL / MTB have brass eyelets at the hem for threading a cable lock.
Which size cover?
The STASH and the URBAN are the same size and fit: standard bikes — road, gravel, hybrid, commuter, city and standard e-bikes — with handlebars up to 63cm, which is where the drop-bar Focus models sit. The difference is security: the URBAN has built-in lock-through panels so a lock can pass through the cover and the bike together, while the STASH has brass eyelets at the hem for threading a cable lock. The XL / MTB takes handlebars up to 100cm and is made for mountain bikes, trekking bikes, bigger frames, bulkier e-bikes, or a standard bike with a rear child seat — that's the size for the trail and e-trekking side of the Focus range.
Focus cover questions
Which cover fits a Focus Jam?
The XL / MTB. It takes handlebars up to 100cm, so there's room for wide mountain bike bars, larger tyres and, on the e-bike versions, the motor and battery.
Which cover fits a Focus Paralane?
The STASH or the URBAN. They're the same size and fit standard bikes with handlebars up to 63cm, which includes drop-bar bikes like the Paralane and the Atlas. Choose the URBAN if you want to lock cover and bike together, or the STASH if you'd rather thread a cable lock through the brass hem eyelets.
Does a Focus Aventura² need a bigger cover than an Izalco Max?
Yes. The Aventura² is an e-trekking bike and takes the XL / MTB, while the Izalco Max is a drop-bar road bike and takes the STASH or the URBAN.
