Commencal Bike Covers — Meta, Clash & Supreme
Commencal is an Andorran brand built around gravity and trail riding. Bikes like these almost never live in the house: they come home wet and muddy, they are long and bulky, and they end up in a shed, a garage or chained up in the yard until the next ride.
This one is straightforward. Every Commencal in our fit data takes the XL / MTB, our widest cover, because the bars run wide right across the range.
Which BikeParka fits your Commencal?
| Bike type | Models | Recommended cover |
|---|---|---|
| Trail, enduro, downhill and e-MTB | Meta HT, Meta TR, Meta SX, Clash, Supreme DH, Absolut, Meta Power SX | XL / MTB |
Accessories change the shape of a bike more than the frame does. Wide bar ends, bar-mounted lights, a phone mount, a rack or a rear child seat all add width or length, and they are worth mentioning to us even on a bike that already takes the XL / MTB. If you are unsure, send us your exact bike model and accessories and we'll check before you order.
All BikeParka covers are made from waterproof, seam-sealed ripstop fabric, and they're PFAS- and PFC-free. Adjustable toggles draw the cover in around the bike on windy days, and each one packs into its own Stuff Sac. The URBAN has built-in lock-through panels so cover and bike can be secured together; the STASH and XL / MTB have brass eyelets at the hem for threading a cable lock.
Which size cover?
The XL / MTB takes handlebars up to 100cm, which is why it suits mountain bikes, trekking bikes, bigger frames, bulkier e-bikes, or a standard bike carrying a rear child seat. The STASH and the URBAN are the same size as each other and fit road, gravel, hybrid, commuter and city bikes, plus standard e-bikes, with handlebars up to 63cm — narrower than a Commencal, but the right choice if you also keep a road bike at home. Measure your bars end to end and work from that number.
Commencal cover questions
Which cover fits a Commencal Meta TR?
The XL / MTB. It takes handlebars up to 100cm, and it is the cover we recommend across the whole Meta range.
Will a cover go over a Commencal Supreme DH?
Yes — the XL / MTB. It has the width for a downhill bar and the room for a long-travel frame.
Does the STASH fit a Commencal Clash?
No. The STASH and the URBAN are made for handlebars up to 63cm, so the Clash needs the XL / MTB. If you keep a road or city bike as well, the STASH and URBAN are the pair to look at for that: the URBAN has built-in lock-through panels for securing cover and bike together, while the STASH has brass eyelets at the hem for a cable lock.
