Bombtrack Bike Covers — Hook, Beyond & Arise

Bombtrack is a German brand known for adventure and gravel bikes — drop-bar bikes built to be loaded up and ridden on rough ground, and to keep being ridden the rest of the year as well. Bikes bought for that kind of use don't sit still for long, and between trips they usually live wherever there is room: a yard, a balcony, a side alley, a rack outside a flat. That is where the weather gets at them.

The drop-bar bikes in the range take the STASH or the URBAN, which are the same size as one another. The wide-barred off-road models step up to the XL / MTB.

Which BikeParka fits your Bombtrack?

Accessories change the shape a cover has to go over. Racks, frame bags, bar bags, panniers and cages left on the bike, mudguards and mirrors all add width or height, and a Beyond set up for touring is a different job from a bare one. All BikeParka covers are made from waterproof, seam-sealed ripstop fabric, and they're PFAS- and PFC-free. Adjustable toggles draw the cover in around the bike on windy days, and each one packs into its own Stuff Sac. The URBAN has built-in lock-through panels so cover and bike can be secured together; the STASH and XL / MTB have brass eyelets at the hem for threading a cable lock.

Which size cover?

Handlebar width is the measurement that matters most, so measure yours end to end before you choose. The STASH and the URBAN are the same size and fit standard bikes with handlebars up to 63cm — they differ in how they lock, not in how they fit. The Audax AL Road sits at around 42cm, the Arise and Beyond at around 44cm and the Hook at around 46cm, so all four are comfortably inside that. The Munroe is around 68cm and the Outlaw around 72cm, past what the STASH and URBAN cover, so both take the XL / MTB, which handles handlebars up to 100cm and is cut for mountain bikes, trekking bikes, bigger frames and bulkier e-bikes. We also make a Kids / BMX cover for children's bikes and BMX up to 140cm long, 120cm high with handlebars up to 55cm, but it is not intended for small adult or folding bikes.

Which cover fits a Bombtrack Hook?

The STASH or the URBAN. The Hook is around 46cm across the bars, well inside the 63cm both covers take. Choose the URBAN if you want the built-in lock-through panels so cover and bike can be secured together, or the STASH if you would rather thread a cable lock through the brass eyelets at the hem.

Is the Beyond the same fit as the Arise?

Yes — both are around 44cm across the handlebars, so both take the STASH or URBAN, as does the Audax AL Road at around 42cm.

Why do the Munroe and Outlaw need the XL / MTB?

Their bars are wider. The Munroe is around 68cm and the Outlaw around 72cm, both past the 63cm the STASH and URBAN take. The XL / MTB covers handlebars up to 100cm, so it is the right size for either.
